Processing Time: Please allow up to 1-5 business days for production before your order ships. (Some items may ship sooner! 😁)

Shipping Time:
U.S. Orders: 2–8 business days. 🚚
International Orders: 5–20 business days. 🌍 Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

    If you’re ordering multiple items, they may ship separately—don’t worry, we’ll send tracking details for each package as it’s on its way!

    Priority and Insured Shipping: When available, we recommend selecting tracked or insured shipping for faster delivery and added protection. 

    International Orders 

    We proudly ship worldwide, so tennis fans everywhere can represent their love for the game! 🌟 However, here are a few important details for international shipping:

    Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the recipient’s responsibility. These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid surprises. 🛃

    Delivery Time: Most international orders take 5–20 business days after production to arrive, depending on your location.

    Shipping Options: Priority or express shipping with tracking is recommended whenever available for added security. 

    ⚠️ Please Note: If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for any costs related to duties, fees, return shipping, or the original shipment. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

    Shipping Issues: What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

    Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed as lost in transit and you selected a shipping option with insurance, we’ll gladly work with you to issue a replacement.

    Final Sale Items

    All sale items and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 🛑
